Why ETS exists
Why Max Created Executive Treatment Solutions
Too often, the legal side and the treatment side work separately. ETS was created to help connect those pieces.
The Legal Process
Attorneys handle legal strategy and court decisions.
The Support Process
Treatment, evaluation, testing, monitoring and documentation may need to be coordinated.
The Human Side
Clients and families are often trying to manage everything while under stress.
Executive Treatment Solutions
The connecting layer between all three.

Max's Story
Max Miner knows firsthand what recovery and a second chance can mean. As a former defendant who faced serious charges, he turned his life around through treatment and recovery.
He saw too many people fall through the cracks. Law firms didn't have the treatment knowledge. Treatment centers didn't know how to work with attorneys or keep the right records. Max built ETS to fill that gap.
He leads with a belief in acting early, caring for people, and seeing people as more than the charges they face.
Today, ETS provides tailored treatment plans that address the underlying causes of addiction and mental health issues, and documents and shares client progress with the legal team. Learn more about ETS.
We’re here to help you navigate the treatment process from start to finish, and mitigate the legal consequences.

Follow Through
Showing up consistently and taking part matters.
- 04
Document Progress
Keep clear records of the work being done.
General information, not legal advice. No outcome can be promised.
